Select and order the wedding invitations and wedding stationary
Fly out to Ibiza for a week or two during off season
During time in Ibiza choose Location, Reception venue and reserve your ceremony and venue for reception.
Check out accommodation near the wedding event, check out prices for your guests.
Hire a wedding planner for the day (a good investment just to handle to day event) as you are organizing the rest.
Meet the people you use on the Island to get a first look at what you will get on the wedding day.
Choose a wedding cake maker and meet.
Choose a Celebrant, Photographer, Florist, Hairstylist and Caterer all whom will be on the Island to meet up.
6/9 Months before wedding date
Reserve transportation, cars, buses, taxis!
Decide what tasks need completing and who is responsible for those tasks.
Finalize your Entourage and guests lists
3/5 Months before wedding date
Send out the invites, as early as possible because your wedding is abroad you need to give your guests time to book accommodation
Choose Wedding Rings, Wedding Dress and the groom’s attire.
Choose music for the ceremony and reception and book entertainment this can mostly be done online with music samples
1/2 Months before wedding date
Select and purchase wedding favors
Purchase any desired decorations for ceremony and reception
Re-confirm bookings of all your suppliers and they are paid up
1/2 Weeks before wedding date
Go to Final dress fitting
Finalize seating plan
Pack for the time you spend in Ibiza and your wedding
Wedding Day
Treat yourself to a spa day
Hair & Beauty Salon – Get Pampered
Eat a healthy breakfast – you’ll need a lot of energy for the big day
Stay calm, get married and enjoy the day.
